This is based on the results of the ergometry.
The individual performance is compared with a standard value, derived from tables for sex, height, weight and age. The fitness level is thus given as a percentage, eg 130% or only 85% of the standard value.
The fitness level indicates whether your physical condition is sufficient for personal projects and goals (eg a marathon time under four hours, for a trek or for optimal health care and maintenance).

This includes the personal training heart rate, information about the individually appropriate amount of training to start with and the systematic steps to increase training until attainment of the personal training goal. This may be a program that extends over several months or even years.
